A stunning stone cottage located just a 10-minute walk away from the park, reception hall and cloakroom, open plan lounge dining and kitchen area, utility room, ground floor bedroom with en suite bathroom. On the first floor there is a twin bedroom with en suite shower room and a further zip and link twin/double bedroom with en suite shower room and a work/study area with a 2ft x 5’ 6 single bed (suitable for a child). Outside there is a large terrace and lawned garden, and a private bubbling hot tub. The perfect base for a fantastic family holiday. No Pets.. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at woodland park. The accommodation was top notch, the owners were very accommodating, the location was brilliant, fantastic facilities, you needed for birding, it was all there, and beautiful scenery.Well definitely be booking again.

We went to Stoneycroft cottage Consett from 20th June to 23rd June , 6 adults , we experienced the most stunning cottage with all the amenities you could wish to have , from the welcome basket to the accommodation. the Owners Lorna & Ian were so friendly and made us all so welcome, This is such a Beautiful cottage , it was so good we have booked again to return in 12 months. 5 stars all the way and more , Peter , Terry , Carl , Ann , Karen & Fran we thankyou sincerely **

We had a great stay at Stoneycroft Cottage as a group of 6 friends. The cottage was well presented and clean on arrival. We particularly liked the extra touches of a welcome basket, animal feed, hot tub towels etc. 3 ensuite bedrooms was perfect for a group like us and beds were comfy. The kitchen was well appointed. The owner communicated well.
