The Old Byre has been beautifully renovated, with a private hot tub to the front of the property which isn't overlooked (there is another holiday let next door). Inside a comfortable seating area before a couple of steps into the main kitchen with plenty of storage. The bedroom is carpeted and the zip linked beds were very comfortable. The bathroom has a huge bath which we didn't use and an amazing shower. The whole property really is lovely. We were well placed for journeys out, going further afield to Kynren, Cragside and Bowes as well as nearer for places like Beamish and Wallington Hall (an absolute gem of a place). We had a really comfortable and relaxing week here.

We stayed over the bank holiday weekend and it was fabulous to little touches of homemade cakes and a bottle of fizz to the full equipped kitchen it really is a home from home. We would highly recommend staying here for a chilled and peaceful few days away. We visited corbridge and Hexham all in close proximity to the property. Relaxing in the hot tub was a lovely bonus for us to really chill. Thank you so much for this wonderful property.
