Sandy Park is a beautiful park is part of our exclusive Bouja Luxury Boutique Breaks Collection comprising of a spacious pods and two cottages each with outdoor hot tubs with wonderful views over the stunning Crimdon beach, the park is located next to a beautiful nature reserve with stunning walks from your doorstep.
From the moment you arrive you can relax on your veranda and take in the stunning scenery from your outdoor hot tub, or perhaps go for a walk in this beautiful part of County Durham.

Great location and helpful staff. Really enjoyed our stay, cabin was nice to stay in and less than 5 minutes walk down to the beach. The hot tub was lovely, although we struggled a bit to keep it hot. Would recommend to others and stay again if was in the area.

I arrived late, very tired and got lost too and the owners/staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. The pod was spotless and the whole area was neat and tidy which was important to me because of Covid. Only niggle was the WiFi was really sketchy but it didn’t bother me as was there to totally relax and I’m certain if I’d asked the owners about it they would have helped straight away as they did ask me if everything was ok. Location is superb and whilst it’s a very short walk to the lovely beach - it’s a steep / hilly access so if like me you have mobility issues then just be aware of this
