The house is fantastic, the host Suzie met us upon arrival and gave great local information, the welcome basket was well recieved, thank you, the rooms were larger than we thought, the property is so large took a couple days to know where the rooms were, everything you could want is provided in the kitchen, ouside the grounds are wonderful, our grand daughter loved the trampoline, not quite brave enough for the zip wire. The house was very clean throughout, we would love to come back again.

Stunning house in a beautiful location. Highly accessible to major routes and Newcastle, yet an oasis of peace and tranqulity. The house is big and the layout also lends itself to its largeness. We were a family of 4 with 22yo and 16 yo men in tow and there was so much room to spread out and relax, with a shower room and bedroom on the ground floor it would be great for multi-generational holidaying. The hot tub was a lovely and welcome extra after a day out walking or sightseeing. Lots of walks straight from the back garden. We did a fantastic walk which included a fabulous viaduct, woods, meadows, fields, a waterfall and rivers. Will definitely come back to explore the coast line and national park. Suzie and Dan were fantastic hosts, friendly, informative, helpful bit not intrusive. A perfect holiday!
