Designed for friends and families in mind, this property has been finished with a spacious interior and a freshly-elegant design, making this a welcoming base for a family holiday. Upon entering the property, the entrance hall leads you up a staircase to the apartment door. As you step through this door you will be greeted to a bright, open-plan sitting room with an inviting dining area. Here you can cosy up on the leather corner sofa with your loved ones in front of the TV during the evening. The dining area hosts up to four people in front of large glass windows, with breath-taking sea views whilst enjoying your breakfast. The apartment also plays host to a stylish kitchen, completed with all the necessities required during your stay. This floor is completed with an elegant bathroom, fitted with shower over bath, basin and WC. Follow the small staircase up to the well-appointed bedrooms, each featuring smart TVs. Here you will find a charming double bedroom, completed with a stylish interior and overlooking views of the town. As well as the quaint twin bedroom, comprising of zip and link beds that can be made into a king-size bed on request. The property is a mere stone’s throw away from a number of quality restaurants and wine bars, also kayaking, surfing and cycle hire are all available within close proximity. The closest shop can be found within 1 minute. The town of Tynemouth offers plenty of activities for you to explore whilst staying here. Uncover the Tynemouth Castle and Priory, or visit the remains of a large Roman fort, Arbeia and the Collingwood Monument.
