About this property
Bellingham 2 miles. A luxury, well-presented mid-terrace cottage set within the grounds of historic Hesleyside Hall. Set in plenty of grounds and within easy access of many local attractions, this cottage would make a great place for a family or a group of friends. The whole of the cottage is furnished to a very high standard with luxury in mind throughout. On entry, you come into the fantastic well-equipped kitchen with great views across the grounds. There is also a lovely dining table; a great place to catch up after a day out and about exploring the area. Within the kitchen is a boot room area where you can hang those coats and leave those muddy boots to dry.
Upstairs is a good-sized sitting room with views of the grounds and even to the River Tyne. There are three sumptuous bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room as well as a family bathroom. The cottage has a front lawned garden with furniture and access to the surrounding grounds, with plenty of areas to walk or cycle, as well as access to the river, where you can try your best to catch either a salmon, trout or sea trout. Located within the Northumberland National Park, you are within easy reach of local attractions, including Kielder Water, Corbridge, Hexham and the Northumberland Heritage Coast.

This delightful town of natural stone houses nestles close to the banks of the River North Tyne. The charming market town has much of interest, including a 12th century church, heritage centre and 30ft waterfall, just to the north. It’s also on the edge of the Northumberland National Park and is just a short drive from Hadrian’s Wall and Kielder Water and Forest.

) The setting is superb and the grounds well worth exploring for the wildlife and at night for the stars. The surrounding area is stunning and varied with lots of options a short drive away. Highly recommended.

The property was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment and crockery etc. We had some lovely cake put out for our arrival which was appreciated. The beds were comfortable. The grounds/woodlands were amazing and are lovely to walk around. Everyone that we met were lovely friendly people. The dog liked it too. I would happily make a return visit, would love to see it in the winter.
