About this property

This is a Platinum grade modern caravan is an excellent choice for a holiday or short break, modern decor and furnishing throughout, it boasts 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin.

But to maintain it to a high standard I limit it to a maximum of 5 guests as I feel that all there is room for in a caravan.

TVs in each bedroom, Smart TV in the main bedroom.

There is a bathroom with a large walk in shower and a separate WC.

A fully fitted kitchen and large living room/ dining area. the living room has a 42 inch smart TV, DVD player and Xbox 1, and modern electric fire.

Outside it boasts a brand new huge deck with brand new patio furniture do you can sit out in the good weather and just admire the view. Outside it benefits from a Slabbed drive and decking area with patio furniture, where you can sit and enjoy the sea views.

This is a large caravan so can accommodate up to 5 people easily,

This holiday park has all the usual facilities associated with a Haven holiday park, so if you want to make use of these you can purchase the passes at reception. Check out Havens's website for the cost of these passes. Berwick town itself is a ten-minute walk. There are numerous shops, cafes and restaurants, along with a Tesco, Asda, Morrisons and M&S a short drive away.

Duvets and pillows are supplied but you will need your own duvet covers or linen can be hired. Passes are not supplied. These can be purchased at reception.

Please note our caravan is only designed for 5. We do carry out regular checks on occupancy. Any extra guests over the 5 will be asked to leave immediately

Bedding can be hired and beds made up at a cost of £30

A refundable bond of £100 is required ( refunded when the lodge is returned free from damage or breakage )

Same sex parties or 4 adult groups are not allowed

No smoking or pets

No passes are supplied , these can be purchased from

Like with any holiday , taking holiday insurance is advisable

Hi heather everything was perfect the caravan is a real home from home and an absoloute pleasure to stay in the kids have had a ball and they wud stay longer but grannys had enough lol, will defo book/reccomend again even for a quiet break for the hubby il text my details when i get back the kids still asleep its the fresh air thanks Madge

Berwick-upon-Tweed is a coastal town positioned at the most northerly tip of Northumberland, offering four sandy beaches, riverside walks and abundant cycling trails for visitors to enjoy. Stroll the circular walk atop the town's Elizabethan walls, and capture the spectacular views across the River Tweed estuary and Berwick's three bridges, including the famous Royal Border Bridge. Brush up on your history by visiting the local museums, enjoy sun-filled days at the beach and be inspired by the exhibitions in the town's superb galleries. The nearby town of Duns offers an award-winning butchers and a quality delicatessen, as well as pubs and restaurants, whilst the Jim Clark Museum and the Jim Clark Rally draw racing enthusiasts from all over the world. Duns Castle is well worth a visit, a romantic castle in a beautiful, natural setting, with well-marked woodland and lakeside walks through the estate.

Venture on a short trip up to Eyemouth to feed the resident harbour seals and enjoy the award-winning fish and chips, or take a boat trip for some coastal exploration. This is a great base for exploring the beautiful Scottish Border region together with the picturesque coast and countryside of Northumberland.
