The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a self-catering stay, whether you’re preparing a hearty breakfast before heading out or enjoying a relaxed evening meal together.

The property has two bedrooms: one twin room and one superking, offering flexible sleeping arrangements to suit families or couples travelling together. A separate bathroom features a jacuzzi bath with shower over, ideal for unwinding and soothing tired legs after exploring the local coastline.

The location is a real highlight, Coxon’s Tower sits along Berwick’s famous Elizabethan town walls, the only complete bastioned town walls in Britain. From here, you can enjoy panoramic views over the River Tweed and the dramatic Northumberland coastline.

Within easy walking distance, you’ll find Berwick’s independent shops, cafés, traditional pubs and restaurants serving local produce and fresh seafood. Spittal Beach offers a beautiful stretch of sand just a short walk away, while the wider Northumberland Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty provides endless opportunities for walking, cycling and wildlife spotting.

You’re also ideally placed to explore Bamburgh Castle, Holy Island (Lindisfarne) and Alnwick Castle, or take a train from Berwick’s mainline station to Edinburgh in under an hour.
