A modern, comfortable well equipped house situated within walking distance of Amble centre. We would recommend it. Excellent taproom (Brewis beer co) within 5 mins walk also street food van in situ. Also walking to Durridge beach and nature reserve not too far. Couple of small things, the tea pot is rather small ans if there was meant to be a welcome pack, we couldn't find it, otherwise excellent.

The house was lovely, everything we needed, very well equipped. Would benefit from an over the bath shower in the main bathroom and needs a bread knife in the kitchen. Lovely provisions welcome pack. Wine, biscuits, bread, butter, milk. Very much appreciated. Other useful bits left by previous guests.Location is great. Across the road Ethis coffee shop, Nightingale wine bar and Brewis craft ale bar with a food truck. Morrisons is a short walk away. About a mile into Amble. Various walking routes into town. Lots of places to visit nearby. My one grievance - I emailed as advised on the check in details asking a question and requesting early check in, late check out and despite a reminder did not get a reply! If I had needed to make contact in an emergency what would have happened?!! Either the contact email was not up to date or I was ignored. I would like an explanation follow up to this review.
