We had the most wonderful stay at Lyndhurst Cottage and genuinely couldn’t have asked for more. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a true home from home—warm, welcoming, and finished to an exceptionally high standard throughout.Roddy was an outstanding host, going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. The thoughtful touches didn’t go unnoticed, especially the lovely treats waiting for both us and our pooches, which made us feel instantly settled and appreciated.We stayed as a family spanning three generations, and the cottage catered beautifully to all of our needs. It’s rare to find somewhere that balances comfort, quality, and practicality so well, but Lyndhurst absolutely delivered. Every detail has clearly been considered, and the space allowed us all to relax and enjoy time together.The location is another real highlight, with plenty to explore nearby. Whether it was scenic walks, charming local spots, or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings, there was something for everyone. The safe and secure garden was perfect for our dogs to roam freely, giving us complete peace of mind, and the hot tub was a real highlight—ideal for unwinding after a day out.Overall, this was a fantastic stay in a truly special cottage. We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and inviting. Thankyou for our welcome packs. We loved the hot tub and the fully enclosed garden was excellent for our little dog. We enjoyed 2 meals at the local pub and 1 in the next village. We also made good use of the local bus service during our stay which was a change from driving everywhere.
