Had a fantastic break, the house was really convenient for touring around and sightseeing. Enclosed garden was great for our dog as we could let him outside and not worry about him escaping.Would certainly return again

The property is in a great location. Overall the property is very nice, but the thing that is really bad is the terrible smell in the en suite shower room. I couldn't use it because the smell of drains is over powering. It's such a shame because the rest of the property is lovely. The area is great with fantastic beaches

Sandpiper Rest was just perfect for our family holiday, 2 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs. It is probably the best equipped cottage we have ever stayed in and decorated with care and attention to detail. The beds and bedding were really comfortable. The location with the dog friendly pub and beach close by was just perfect. Lots of National Trust places close by - a brilliant castles and beach holiday with a warm welcoming home to come back to in the evening . The area itself is very dog friendly and a real place to kick back and relax in breathtaking scenery but also plenty of day trips for the kids . We had a Sainsbury delivery but there is also a little shop close by. The ability to charge the car was a definite bonus for us too. Really great place. Highly recommend the cafe by the beach - turn left as you hit the beach road - kids loved having a brunch on an old bus and once again the dogs could come too.
