The light filled living space is on the top floor with a glass door leading to an enclosed balcony; an idyllic space to inhale the invigorating sea air and admire the ever-changing seascape vistas. Dawson Beach House also has the bonus of off road parking in a car-port directly at its front entrance.

Dawson Beach House was a wonderful place to stay! We stayed for a week with two children (age 11 and 15) and it worked perfectly. It is in a great position - close to all pubs and restaurants in Seahouses. It has a beautiful view - you can look out at the sea and Bamburgh castle while washing up! We had issues with the light switches, but one quick call to the owner and he arranged for an electrician to come over the same day. It was fixed before we got back from our day out. The only thing I will mention is that the shower pressure is very weak and makes a big noise while using. We went on some lovely day trips from there - Bamburgh castle and beach, Beadnell bay, Holy Island, Berwick upon Tweed. The parking spot is a bonus. I think parking would have been a challenge without it. We had the most enjoyable, relaxing week. I can see why so many people return. Thank you.

Generally excellent. Double bed far too hard and it would have been nice to have a shower in the main bathroom.Well equipped, location was excellent with views of the sea, all amenities very close by.
