The light filled living space is on the top floor with a glass door leading to an enclosed balcony; an idyllic space to inhale the invigorating sea air and admire the ever-changing seascape vistas. Dawson Beach House also has the bonus of off road parking in a car-port directly at its front entrance.

Dawson beach house was ideal,close to the centre of seahouses.the advantage of off road parking. The apartment was clean and very comfortable.a good base to explore the border area.

We enjoyed our holiday in Dawson Beach House and appreciated the layout with the lounge on the second floor having sea views in both directions. The nearest pub/restaurant is across the road (good, not cheap) and shops and harbour within five minutes' walk and plenty of interest in the area. The owner was responsive when minor maintenance was needed and we appreciated the welcome wine and chocolates too. Anything to improve? I could have used a clothes airer for the few items which couldn't be tumble-dried (there were ample pegs). The only private outdoor space is the second floor balcony, which may not suit everyone.
