Park off-road and enter via raised steps at the front of the property, where you will find the layout reverse-level with the living area on the first floor. Be welcomed into a tasteful sitting room with a sofa, rug and puffin themed décor adding a quirky feel as you cosy up together and plan the day ahead of you. The kitchen/diner is lovely and spacious, with a wooden dining table ideal for a romantic meal for two, as well as plenty of space for cooking together. Freshen up in a contemporary bathroom before settling down into the king-size bedroom. Seahouses is a fantastic location with loads on offer, beginning with the high street, where there is a great selection of eateries, independent shops and a convenience store so you can stock up on essentials. Take a walk around Seahouses’ picturesque harbour or explore the amazing sandy beach, or there is the option to travel a little further to explore the coast at Annstead Dunes Nature Reserve or to enjoy a trip around the local coast with Serenity Farne Island Boat Tours. Further from the property you will find the fantastic town of Bamburgh with its amazing castle and beach, and beyond that the historic Holy Island. A bustling, pretty fishing village with an attractive harbour, situated on the beautiful Northumbrian coast in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Seahouses offers a variety of shops and a good selection of inns, pubs and eating places. Nearby are miles and miles of splendid sandy beaches and the opportunity to visit the bird sanctuary or seal colony on the famous Farne Islands with boat trips running daily from Seahouses, is not to be missed. There are numerous castles and great houses to explore, such as the magnificent castles at Bamburgh, Cragside, and Alnwick (home of the Duke of Northumberland), to mention just a few. Golf, fishing and riding are also available locally.

Off street parking. Well maintained, clean and tidy. Owner allowed us to enter from 2:00pm on the arrival day which was appreciated. Kept in contact with us via e-mail and found any direct feedback helpful. Ideal for a couple. Do not be put off by description of it being the old bakery, it's been converted into four separate facilities with a modern and tidy outlook. Would definitely book again. It helped to make our holiday very enjoyable.

Great communication from the owner, was allowed an earlier arrival too which was a welcome bonus. Great location , close to restaurants , shops and the English coastal paths. Would definitely recommend and hope to return when we are next in Northumberland.
