But was not very warm at all .heating came on to early .so was not warm when you need it .plus the cooker top was hard to work out to make it work .had another room that could not be used .because had no heating in that room.cottage would be lovely in summer .but no good in winter .if could be sorted and made warmer would be perfect

The cottage is beautifully furnished and very comfortable with everything you need. The location is superb, in a quiet rural location, but with all the stunning areas to visit close by including Saltburn, Sandsend, Whitby and Runswick Bay all within a short drive. Two small negatives - there is no information about bins in the property and the 5pm check in and 9am check out times are too late/early. If these could be relaxed by an hour it would be perfect.
