Overall we were disappointed and wouldn't stay again. Check in was actually 6pm not 5pm as stated. Looking out over a building site so builders around all day. Robes and towels had definitely seen better days so could do with replacing. Also asked to sign to say everything was clean etc at 6pm in November as soon as we arrived, which is pretty difficult to actually check that in the dark!

The Outlook lodge was very clean and well presented. included two tvs’s which had both amazon prime and netflix along with live TV channels. The hot tub was great however the bed and sofa not too comfy. comparatively though really good value for money.

Wer had 1 bath towel each.1 hand towel to share throughout the stay , lucky I had taken my own, Hottub was not checked atall & cleaned throughout our stay , also felt like it was aimed at sales of lodges rather than vacations ,when I booked this I was on the understanding they had donkeys around our lodge & all we had was a muddy dull field ,overall we did have a nice time going out everyday .
