Kitchen was well equipped and the welcome basket excellent. We loved the location and really enjoyed exploring all the attractions at Tatton Park. Walks in the deer park were also a daily treat. Staff at Tatton Park were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. We felt very ‘at home’ there.

We love the location situated next to the farm at Tatton Park. It is very quiet and peaceful. It's so nice to see the donkeys in the adjoining field and the pigs and goats to the side of the property. The cottage is comfortable and well equipped for self catering and has a large garden surrounding the property. The only downside this year was the fact that the garden furniture (formally table and chairs) has been replaced with a picnic bench. We like to relax in the garden after a day exploring. A picnic bench did not provide a relaxing experience in the garden. I hope this is a temporary measure. A voucher was provided to visit the Tatton Park Gardens, Mansion and Farm. All well worth a visit. We did enjoy our stay and hope to return again.

1 The lounge, bedroom and bathroom were lovely but the kitchen, although perfectly usable was in need of a little tlc. It was very quiet - apart from the planes - and we loved seeing the donkeys, geese or pigs as we wandered down the lane for a morning walk in the park.
