Guests generally found the apartment comfortable, with cosy beds, good heating, and a relaxing atmosphere. Some mentioned noise from neighbouring apartments and the flight path, as well as minor issues with hot water and draughts, but these did not significantly detract from their overall comfort.

The free pass for 5 for Tatton was very welcome and we used the discount to buy food from the Housekeeper's Store. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, we were sent the key instructions for apartment 2, so it was lucky they were in to give us our key. There was a nice welcome pack, and some lovely biscuits. The bathroom was in need of a good clean, with mould around the bath. Someone had tried to cover this unsuccessfully with silicone, which made it look messy. The same issue was seen around the kitchen. We experienced heavy rain, and the gutter was blocked. Water came through the window or wall, and the kitchen area had a large puddle, with water streaming down the wall. We called the telephone numbers provided but received no answer and left a voicemail. A day later, someone came around without checking we would be in and cleaned the gutters. However, nothing was done about the water entering the apartment. The heating and water unit looks very old and damaged, with the control panel hanging off. The rug in the living room was filthy. WiâFi was very poor, although the TV worked fine with Freeview channels. Kitchen equipment was good. It was disappointing to see this, as the last time we stayed it was very different. There are a few areas that need attention.
