A well equipped and comfortable cottage that is ideally located for visiting the local national trust properties, and is close to the attractive town of Knutsford. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful.

We loved this light, airy house with its very comfortable beds, lovely bed linen, huge en- suites and excellent kitchen facilities. We followed the advice of the owners and planned our routes so that we only ever turned left into/out of the driveway, rather than cross the busy, fast dual carriageway. We really appreciated the breakfast goods, fruit, fresh milk and hot drink ingredients that were available. A very thoughtful touch, especially for a short stay. We enjoyed visiting numerous NT, RHS gardens in the area and it was then a joy to return to The Stables for a glass of wine in the cosy living area, while we watched the sun go down. Very friendly, helpful, informative owners made for a great stay. We would love to return one day.
