The office at Fir Trees closes daily at 5.00pm. If you think you will be arriving after this time please call the park to arrange key collection.

We stayed for 2 nights, but booked for 3 nights due to the very early checkout of 9am (same price) so we could leave at our leisure on the Sunday. Stayed in a three bed caravan which was excellent and spacious for the 3 of us. Fir Trees staff very kindly made the two twin beds rooms into doubles as the twins are mainly sized for children. The main double room had an ensuite toilet and sink which was very useful and there was an additional shower room. Well equipped with kitchen crockery, pans etc. There is a launderette, which we didn't use so cannot comment on. There were no other facilities which it clearly says in the description anyway. We only used it as a base to visit Chester so was ideal. 5-10 min drive uni Chester. Site was well maintained and secure. All in all, we had a lovely weekend away and would recommend as a base to visit Chester and surrounding areas.
