A quaint, stone-built, semi-detached cottage in Tarvin, Cheshire, Mill Lane Cottage is homely place set amongst beautiful Cheshire countryside, making it perfect for a couple or small family of three wishing to escape into the Cheshire countryside. The property is complete with some rustic features, namely the exposed wooden beams, adding real character to the space. A sought-after off-road parking space greets you on arrival complete with a before being instantly welcomed into a pleasant open-plan living area complete with contemporary furniture and Sky TV with a Sports package and Netflix included, a perfect spot to enjoy your evenings after a day out.
The kitchen is well-equipped for you to create dishes to be enjoyed in the fabulous dining area. The first floor presents two tastefully furnished bedrooms, one being a mezzanine room with a king-size and the other being a single; both boasting stunning views to the surrounding countryside. A large family bathroom completes the first floor, decorated in dazzling white with its fantastic shower over bath. Outside, there is a beautifully turfed lawn to the rear where you can enjoy a coffee in the crisp morning sun. Tarvin is a village just 6 miles from Chester. It boasts a variety of local shops, pubs serving food and a wine bar. Chester has quite rightly been described as 'the jewel of the North-West of England'. Perhaps the most fascinating aspect of the city is that within a very small area there is evidence of every period of history - from the old walls and amphitheatre of Roman times, through medieval churches, Elizabethan timber-framed town houses and Georgian terraces, to Victorian restorations and 21st century architecture. The City has much to offer the tourist, including excellent shopping, in the famous 'Rows', and lovely walks within the city boundaries - around the old Roman Walls, along The Groves beside the River Dee or or through the picturesque Grosvenor Park.

Spotless. Great beds. Everything you need - and even more you didnât think youâd need. Thought if everything. Great hosts. And great position. 5 mins walk to Tarvin for 15 min bus into Chester (no 82 or 84). Coop in Tarvin and the most fabulous bistro for breakfast/brunch, lunch, dinner - all of which we sampled and it didnât disappoint - or if you just want a drink or a coffee. Great food and great people. Loved our stay here.
