We two and our small dog really enjoyed our stay. Lodge was spotlessly clean and well equipped. It's main attraction is the proximity to lovely Kelsall. A fabulous village, within 5 minute walk good shops and pubs and easy walking from the door into the countryside around. Hourly bus service from end of lane to Chester too.

beautiful lodge , well maintained and equipped , on arrival pleased with little accessories left for the stay , nice surprise bits for the dog too , only vex was traffic noise from the bypass directly over the nearby hedge but after a while you got used to it , close to all general areas to visit , ie chester , beeston castle , knuxford etc etc etc , overall a very pleasant stay had and wouldn't rule out a second stay in the future
