Nestled in the picturesque hamlet of Gawthrop in Dentdale, you are just a short walk away the beautiful village of Dent, where the village pubs offer local ales and traditional pub food. Whilst in Dent why not visit the local museum and heritage centre to learn all about Dales life!
The large entrance hall has plenty of room for walking boots, fishing rods, golf clubs, pushchairs and the like! The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need for your stay, including a dishwasher and washer/dryer for a hassle free holiday. A multi-fuel stove located within the original stone chimney piece warms the spacious living area for those cosy winter evenings. Upstairs there are three large bedrooms, comprising a spacious master bedroom, second double bedroom and a twin bedroom, the ideal family setup. All bedrooms have plenty of storage space and benefit from splendid views of the local countryside. The family bathroom has both a shower cubicle and a bath, great for a relaxing soak after a busy day.
Wilsey House is surrounded by beautiful golf courses, including Kirkby Lonsdale, Sedbergh and Casterton. There is also local rivers nearby where salmon and trout can be fished.
