What a fabulous place, exceeded our expectations, there was nothing we didnt need and the welcome hamper was an added bonus. It truly felt home from home. We met the owner who was lovely. It was a great base for travelling around and we did some wonderful walks. Would highly recommend staying here and if were in the area again would definitely come back, 10/10.

What an absolute gem of a cottage, it had everything we needed and more. There was a welcome hamper and doggie treats which were a really nice touch. The log burner was really cozy in the evenings and we enjoyed star gazing from the hot tub. There is plenty to do in the local area and you're within easy reach of the main attractions of the Lakes. We loved it so much we've booked to go back next summer!

Absolutely beautiful cottage with everything you could possibly need. A proper home from home feel. The bed so comfy and even the dogs catered for. A beautiful welcome hamper was a lovely touch and welcome note from Sam the owner who was welcoming and accommodating. Highly recommend Wild Duck and we will definitely be back.
