Beautiful Lytham Green and the coast are around a 10-minute walk away, perfect for a leisurely stroll beside the Ribble Estuary and a visit to Lytham’s famous windmill. Even closer to home, Booths supermarket is adjacent to the property, ideal for picking up holiday essentials, treats and local produce. Lytham train station is also around a 10-minute walk away, providing convenient transport links for exploring the Fylde Coast and beyond.

Golf enthusiasts are spoilt for choice, with the prestigious Royal Lytham & St Annes Golf Club around a 10-minute drive away, alongside several other excellent courses across the Fylde Coast. Badgers Sett also makes a convenient base for the hugely popular Lytham Festival, held on Lytham Green, as well as the area’s many seasonal events and celebrations.

The traditional seaside charm of St Annes is around a 10-minute drive away, while the bright lights, famous attractions and entertainment of Blackpool can be reached in approximately 20 minutes by car.
