Located on a quiet residential street in Fairhaven, within 2 miles of Lytham and St Annes, this semi-detached holiday cottage provides spacious and comfortable accommodation. Fairhaven lake is a short walk, offering tennis, boat hire and bowling amongst its attractions. There is also a cafe and rspb discovery centre. Nearby is a cinema, indoor swimming pool, a beach and a variety of coastal walks. Within a short drive, there are four 18-hole golf courses. The attractive towns of Lytham and St Anne’s offering bars, restaurants and cafes, are within 2 miles. Blackpool is approximately 8 miles. The Lake District is approximately 1-hour. Shop ½ mile, pub and restaurant 1 mile.

Excellent location midway between Lytham and St Anne's in a quiet avenue. Large rooms with comfortable furniture, and thoughtful welcome gifts. Rebooked for next year.

We love coming to this house and come many times throughout the years. It was good to see that the front hedge at driveway had been cut back, meaning cars can now use driveway. Just a bit more TLC required in the garden. It’s disappointing that the downstairs toilet is really unusable and has been like this way for a long time. Families book houses with two bathrooms for a reason, not to have a polite notice not to use the downstairs one as keeps blocking. This should have been fixed by now.
