Guests consistently praise Sandend for its immaculate condition, quiet location, and comfortable amenities. The property is well-equipped, with a particular mention of a fantastic shower and modern kitchen. Its proximity to Lytham town centre, cafes, and the seafront is appreciated, as is the sunny garden. While ideal for most, some guests note the stairs may not suit those with mobility issues.
Reviewers frequently highlight the cleanliness of Sandend, describing it as immaculate, very clean, and tidy. This suggests a high standard of cleanliness maintained at the property.
The location is praised for being quiet yet conveniently close to bars, restaurants, and the town centre. The ease of access to local amenities and transport links contributes to a high location score.
Comfort is a recurring theme, with guests finding the beds very comfortable and the house cosy. The well-received garden furniture adds to the overall comfort of the property.
Facilities are well-regarded, with mentions of a well-equipped kitchen and modern amenities. However, some concerns about the steep stairs and limited space in the downstairs toilet slightly affect the score.
While guests express satisfaction with the property's amenities and decor, there are no specific mentions of gifts or extra thoughtful touches provided by the host, so this score cannot be determined.

There’s a separate utility with plenty of storage to fit two bicycles and four sets of golf clubs, toilet, and then outside a traditional walled patio garden complete with rattan corner sofa.

Further along the seafront in neighbouring St Anne’s you’ll find a huge sandy beach complete with award winning beach huts, and a laughing statue of former resident Les Dawson.
