Seaside Serenity sits quietly on the ground floor, offering a lovely sense of space and ease from the moment you arrive. Recently renovated and thoughtfully styled, it feels instantly welcoming, the kind of place where you can drop your bags, kick off your shoes and start enjoying your time away. Whether you’re visiting with family or sharing a break with friends, everything here is designed to make your stay feel effortless. Step through the private front entrance into a bright hallway that leads you through the apartment at an easy, unhurried pace. The sitting room is a comfortable place to gather at the end of the day, with two leather sofas to sink into, a generous Smart TV for film nights, and an electric log-effect stove adding a warm, homely glow.
It’s a space made for conversation, laughter, and putting your feet up after a day by the sea. The kitchen is smartly finished and well laid out, making cooking a pleasure rather than a chore. There’s plenty of room to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a leisurely evening meal, with modern appliances neatly tucked away and everything you need close to hand. Just beyond, the bedrooms continue the calm, well-considered feel of the apartment. The king room offers a real sense of indulgence, with fitted wardrobes keeping the space uncluttered, while the second double bedroom is equally inviting and benefits from its own adjoining utility area, adding an extra layer of convenience for longer stays.
A sleek shower room completes the interior, finished with a walk-in shower, contemporary fittings and a heated towel rail, ideal for warming up after coastal walks. Outside, you have the best of both worlds: a shared garden at the front for a breath of fresh air, and a private rear yard where a small bistro table and chairs create a peaceful spot for morning coffee or a quiet drink as the evening draws in. Lytham St Annes itself is a pleasure to explore. Spend time wandering around Lytham Green and its famous windmill, browse independent boutiques, or linger in one of the many cafés and restaurants that give the town its relaxed elegance.
Further along the coast, Blackpool brings classic seaside energy, from the bright lights of the Tower to the thrills of the Pleasure Beach and the underwater world of SEA LIFE. Preston offers a change of pace with riverside walks through Avenham and Miller Parks, fascinating collections at the Harris Museum, and excellent shopping. Seaside Serenity makes a wonderful base and is perfectly placed for enjoying the Fylde Coast at your own pace.
The seaside towns of Lytham and St Annes-on-Sea nestle along a picturesque stretch of coastline lined with pretty parks. For many centuries, the economy of this lovely area was dependent entirely on fishing until the beginning the Industrial Revolution, which resulted in the wealthy creating an affluent area, lasting until the present day. A short stroll from the Lytham seafront brings you to leafy Clifton Street, where you’ll find charming boutiques, restaurants and independent shops. Lytham Green, a strip of grass running between the shore and the main coastal road, is a notable landmark, overlooking the River Ribble with views of the Welsh Mountains on a clear day, and home to the restored Windmill and Old Lytham Lifeboat House museum. Those interested in craft gin can take a tour of the Lytham Gin co., whilst walkers and twitchers will adore the rolling sandy dunes of St Annes-on-Sea and the Ribble Estuary providing a safe haven for more than 250,000 migrating birds that return each winter. The area is internationally renowned for golf with four courses to choose from, the most notable being the Royal Lytham & St Annes Golf Club, one of the host courses for the Open Championship. Traditional seaside pastimes can be enjoyed at St Annes-on-Sea with a pretty pier and charming little beach huts in an array of pastels offering visitors a unique, exciting addition for a day beside the sea. A short walk from the pier brings you to St Annes Square and Wood Street, where you'll find charming coffee shops, tea rooms, restaurants and independent shops. Lovely long strolls, sunny afternoons on the sand or fun-filled frolics in nearby Blackpool, Lytham St Annes is a charming coastal destination with plenty to offer. Boating, cycling, shopping and swimming can all also be enjoyed nearby, along with award-winning restaurants, traditional pubs and wine bars should you fancy celebrating. Whatever you want from your seaside getaway, Lytham and St Annes is an ideal choice
