Beautifully clean and well equipped. High standard of furnishings. Value for money - well a village stay is expensive so it only gets a 6.Hairdryer didn't work and that should have been checked. Within hours of reporting it to reception a replacement was in the lodge. Credit to Ribby Hall for that and for arranging a change of linen for the main bedroom at no extra cost.You need to get the hang of the washer/dryer quickly in order to get towels and swim costumes dry and that took some understanding from the machine manual (which at least was available as was all the other manuals). A simple instruction how to tumble dry is needed.

Lodge was great overall. liked how the doors opened up to the wee garden. They are looking a bit tired now though and think we had mice as every night our food waste bin was shredded and food scattered about the place. Had a leaky dishwasher also which was promptly replaced by maintenance. Nothing too much trouble if you ask nicely
