Gressingham 14 is a unique lodge having the benefit from two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, the second double bedroom has space for a travel cot – making this an exceptional choice for a family getaway. The master bedroom benefits from an en suite shower room as well as an additional bathroom including a bath and overhead shower. This beautiful lodge includes a decking with furniture looking over the lake for you to relax and take in the countryside surroundings. The kitchen is of a good size, with all appliances you would need during your stay.

There is a £100 security deposit to be paid on arrival.
Please note- there will be a £100 deposit (preferably with the same card used to book your break) requested upon arrival, this will be returned at the end of the holiday, subject to damage or loss. You will also need to bring proof of identification.
Please note the cost of Highchairs and Cots are £14 per week and £7 per short break each.
Pets are £45 per week and £35 per short break each.

Please note the swimming pool policy requires children aged 16 and under to be accompanied into the pool by a parent or carer.

Please note that you will receive a pre-arrival call within 7 days of your stay. During this call, a refundable payment will be taken over the phone. This amount will be returned within 3–5 working days after check-out, provided no damages occur and all keys are returned.
