Visit the coastal town of Morecambe with a delightful waterfront welcoming the Irish Sea, or head to the university town of Lancaster to discover history and heritage as well as popular shopping haunts and a wide selection of amenities.

Everything was perfect, from start to finish. The lodge is extremely welcoming, warm, and beautifully decorated, offering a sense of comfort and relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook delicious meals every day â from utensils to modern and high-quality appliances. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated, which greatly contributed to our overall comfort. The entire location has a pleasant and inviting atmosphere, and the area where the lodge is situated is absolutely stunning â perfect for disconnecting from the daily hustle and enjoying nature. We had an amazing time and a dream vacation! I wholeheartedly recommend Waternook Lodge to anyone looking for a peaceful and high-quality holiday. We will definitely return!

The kitchen was well stocked (although I always take some utensils just in case). There was a really helpful welcome pack which explained about the area as well as âhow toâ guides for things around the lodge. Excellent storage in the living area and bedrooms. Just a bedside lamp needed in the twin bedroom. The site was great too and we made use of the pool one day. Good access to the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales with lots of things to see and do. A really lovely holiday, thank you!

Very roomy great space for everyone. Loved the open plan aspect it was light and airy. Good facilities in the lodge and it was very comfortable. Also a great swimming pool on the site. Great base for the lakes, Morecambe, Arnside etc. The site is well maintained and gardens and lake lovely. Would stay again. The only thing I would mention ( mentioned by other people who stayed in the lodge too) The sofa cushions need either re stuffing or foam underneath the cushions they are a bit difficult to negotiate but itâs a minor point. Beautiful lodge we had a lovely stay
