Rose Cottage has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, while the large living area has a TV and wood burner for cosy nights in. Also downstairs is a beautiful conservatory, a real sun trap, with chairs to relax in. On the first floor is a family bathroom with shower over bath and toilet, two double bedrooms and a twin room. Outside is an enclosed garden with garden furniture for the dogs and kids to play in, and a summer house to enjoy in the summer months. There is a shop with a café and takeaway just 110 yards from the cottage.
Rose Cottage is close to the quirky market town of Kirkby Lonsdale, where there are an abundance of independent shops, cafés, restaurants and traditional inns. It is within easy access to the Yorkshire Dales, the Three Peaks, Ingleborough, Whernside and Pen-y-Ghent, the Southern Lakes with The Langdales, Windermere and Grizdale Forest, and the coast around Morecambe; you really are spoiled for choice of places to see in the area. Beach 17 miles. Shop 110 yards, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
