Sue had provided several little treats to welcome us as well as a small Christmas tree and decorations. We felt completely at home and very happy to be there. The weather was sunny but bitterly cold but it was warm and cosy inside with the log burner. There were plenty of places to visit and beautiful scenery in every direction when we ventured outside. It would be lovely to return in warmer weather to be able to sit on the terrace and watch the various animals wandering in the fields outside. ( you could also watch them from inside). Five stars is not enough for this accommodation!

Iâm disabled so never went rambling but had days out at Morecambe Blackpool Hawes etc. theres horses in a paddock also the owner Sue has dogs that are very friendly and the views are lovely Sue is very welcoming but not intrusive Helen & Ray

Also lovely warm welcome from the cottage, very warm. Beautiful view which would be hard to beat. Lots to do in the surrounding area. We will be back.
