The apartment building is quiet and only has a handful of quiet and respectful neighbours. We ask that all guests are the same back. We do not accept any loud noise or party groups of any such, and are unable to host groups under 25 years of age.

Please note that there is building work to the right of the penthouse, and you may experience some noise during the daytime. We anticipate that this will not disrupt your stay during the nighttime. Everywhere in the city centre is within walking distance! ! Liverpool Central which links to Lime Street&Wirral lines is only a 10-minute stroll away. You're 15 minutes walk from Paradise St, the main bus&coach terminal too. Hanover Street is just at the end of the road from the apartment and it always has plenty of Hackney taxis too!
