This barn conversion dating back to the 1800s has been carefully converted and sympathetically restored retaining original features such as exposed stonework, beams and some flagged floors which have been complemented by co-ordinated furnishings throughout. Tucked away in a secluded rural position approached by a ½ mile long, well made up farm lane.
This property truly provides a haven from which to escape the pressures of everyday life and also features a games room (please note this is not heated). Enjoying panoramic views of Pendle Hill and the Ribble Valley. A public footpath and bridleway runs close by making it ideal for walking and riding direct from the door and with the Trough of Bowland and the Yorkshire Dales close at hand, it is ideal for touring. Blackpool and the Lakes lie a little further afield. Alternatively the bustling market town of Skipton is 10 miles and there are plenty of mill shops in the surrounding towns which provide quality products at discounted prices. Shop and pub 3 miles.

We had a fantastic stay at Higher Paradise and would highly recommend it for a peaceful, family-friendly break in Yorkshire.The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful countryside with plenty of walks and attractions nearby. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and very well equipped, making it feel like a real home away from home.The owners were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, patiently answering our many questions about farm life and going out of their way to make our stay special. The children loved being able to watch the milking and were welcomed onto the farm whenever they wanted, which made the experience particularly memorable for them.We made some wonderful family memories and would have no hesitation in returning. We left feeling that we had found a real gem and would definitely recommend it to others. Thank you for such a lovely stay — we hope to be back! ❤️

We went to the property for a family reunion and to celebrate 2 birthdays.The property was warm and welcoming. It is well equipped to make family meals and refreshments. To be able to sit around the dining table to talk and catch up was priceless. Lots of space for 8 adults. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms.Spectacular scenery and much welcomed lack of traffic noise only the sound of wildlife. Has a family, we love it and several members remarked on the fact they would love to live there. I would recommend to unwind
