Located along a gravelled single track road in a relatively remote location near Carlton Lees, this semi detached cottage provides a cosy bolthole for friends and families looking for a base to explore all Chatsworth Estate has to offer.

A spiral staircase leads from the ground floor entrance hall up to the spacious modern living space with picturesque views from all windows.

A wood burning stove makes this a cosy retreat and the kitchen is fully equipped to keep even the keenest chef happy. The dining table can comfortably seat all guests from casual breakfasts to evening celebration meals.

On the ground floor are three beautifully appointed bedrooms, all with their own en-suite bathrooms, making Rye Croft Cottage perfect for both friends and families.

The private rear garden has an outdoor table with chairs, ideal for alfresco dining or simply enjoying a morning coffee and taking in the peaceful surroundings. Guests have access onto the surrounding parkland which forms part of the Chatsworth Estate and can enjoy its many walks and trails on your doorstep.

The adjacent Pingle Cottage which sleeps four guests can be booked in tandem with Rye Croft Cottage to provide accommodation for up to ten guests.

Rye Croft Cottage is in a peaceful, semi-remote location and as such access is down a gravelled single track. Unfortunately this road is not suitable for low profile vehicles to access.

Guests can pre-book a slot for the Chatsworth Health Club, where facilities include use of the gym, swimming pool and tennis court (additional charges apply).

Additional Information:

Two well-behaved dogs welcome (additional charge per dog).

Children and infants welcome (travel cot, high chair and fixed stair gate available on request).

There is a low un-even track leading up to the property, which is unfortunately not suitable for low slung vehicles.

Rye Croft Cottage can be booked alongside Pingle Cottage to sleep ten guests in total. There is a gateway in the garden between the two properties, for when they are booked in tandem.

The bedding is non-feather.

A time slot for use of the Health Club is bookable in advance at an additional charge.
