Guests say

Co Operative Cottage in Oldham is highly praised for its excellent location, cleanliness, and comfort. Guests appreciate the proximity to local amenities, the quiet yet convenient setting, and the helpful hosts. While some minor suggestions for improvements are noted, the overall sentiment is overwhelmingly positive, with many guests planning to return.

Guests consistently mention the cottage's cleanliness, describing it as very clean and well-maintained, which indicates a high standard of cleanliness throughout the property.

The location is frequently highlighted as excellent, with its proximity to shops, restaurants, and walking trails. The quiet street and reserved parking space add to the convenience, making it a prime spot in Uppermill.

The cottage is repeatedly described as comfortable and cosy, with comfortable beds and a relaxing courtyard. A suggestion for a larger bed in the main bedroom indicates a slight room for improvement in comfort.

Facilities are generally well-received, with mentions of laundry facilities, self-catering meals, and a welcoming start to the break. However, comments about water pressure, the need for more cutlery, and a request for a teapot suggest some areas could be enhanced.

While the reviews reflect positively on the hosts' responsiveness and helpfulness, there are no specific mentions of gifts or extra thoughtful touches that would warrant a score in this category.

We really enjoyed our short stay. A very comfortable cottage in an excellent location. Hosts were very helpful. P.S. a teapot would have been useful

We’ve stayed in a few locations in and around Uppermill on our stays in Saddleworth. But for convenience, location, cleanliness, parking and pretty much everything we can think of this has been far and away the best holiday let we have stayed in.The hosts of the property are delightful and were there on hand for any query you may have. Such was a success of our stay that we booked up straight away to stay over the New Year. A delight.
