The cottage owners could not have been more helpful and ensured that we got the best out of our stay. We would highly recommended Bullace Barn. Jon, Gill and Brad

The owners were very welcoming and couldn't be more helpful with knowledge of the area or a friendly chat. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. It is one of the best holiday homes we have stayed in and would highly recommend it, we will definitely stay there again if we ever go back to Yorkshire.

The welcome basket Jane and Marshall left was a nice touch with fresh eggs paid by their chickens and tasted delicious. The Barn was spotless and had every amenity. The beds were so comfortable and plenty of pillows. We spent an idyllic 5 nights there and we still didn't see everything we wanted to as there was so much to do! There was something for everyone and our children both loved the outdoor space, toys and fairy island next to a babbling stream. The setting is lovely and quiet and we woke to the sight of horses grazing in the pasture outside our window. The bedrooms downstairs were perfect as the bathroom had a walk in shower for people with limited mobility. The pool table was also a huge hit with kids and adults alike. Short walk to the trans-pennine trail and plenty of lovely pubs to eat out. We would recommend the Strafford Arms near Wentworth Castle for the food and the Old Horns Inn at Bradfield for the fantastic views. All in all we had a fantastic and memorable stay and will definitely go back.
