They even sent me an email to tell me that my query had been closed because they hadn’t even looked at it. There needs to be a contact number for pre booking queries and when a booking is made there needs to be an account manager that is your first point of contact. Sykes are about twenty years out of touch That being said the accommodation was first class and the owners were fantastic. We’ve booked again for next year, just a shame that we’ve had to use Sykes again.
