This stylish two-bedroom apartment offers lovely sea views and is set in the vibrant Kemptown area, surrounded by unique shops and charming cafes. Ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring or work, this contemporary space features a welcoming living area with a comfortable corner sofa and dining table, creating a perfect setting for relaxation and socializing. The apartment includes a modern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, and two inviting bedrooms, making it an ideal retreat for a memorable stay. The Kemptown area of Brighton has a lovely community feel to it. With an array of eateries, bakeries, coffee shops and independent stores, it has always been a vibrant part of Brighton. A wonderful afternoon can be had simply strolling along the main street, stopping for coffee, browsing a book or antiques shop before heading down to the seafront. The house is only moments away from Brighton Pier and the beach too.

Just a short walk to the city centre, it is a wonderful location for any length of stay. The centre of Brighton with all it's amazing attractions including great shopping - from big stores to small independent shops, some fantastic restaurants, bars, Brighton Pier, the i360, the Museum and Art Gallery are all easily accessible.

Nearby, on St George's Road, we would recommend: Nanima Asian Kitchen, Pizzaface pizza, and Necot Coffee Shop.

A pharmacy and supermarket are also close by with a large Asda supermarket at the Marina, or a Morrisons on St James Street for even easier shopping.
