You will find an open kitchen dining area which is well-equipped to cook up a good meal to enjoy. Next to the kitchen is the conservatory with a TV, a comfortable sofa and a small desk. A shower room completes the ground floor. Upstairs there is a large comfortable kingsize bedroom with a Smart TV, a cosy double room, a twin room and a small bedroom with a single bed and an optional pull-out bed suitable for an eighth guest. There is space for 2 cars on the driveway, and if you require additional parking there is street parking available nearby. There is a wall mounted charging unit for electric vehicles and outside electrical sockets.

Nearby, Moors Valley provides excellent walking and wildlife spotting, as well as recreational activities such as golf, Go-Ape, cycling, fishing, orienteering, canoeing and Segway rides. To the east is the New Forest National Park providing miles of scenic walks and a network of bridle paths and footpaths. You can often find the ponies and cattle roaming the streets in one of the many picturesque villages. To the west is Cranborne Chase with dramatic scenery and fantastic walks. There is a water park near to the charming town of Fordingbridge, which has a host of shops, cafés, and eateries. The gentle flowing River Avon is nearby, and Ringwood has a good selection of shops and restaurants. It is also conveniently located for road links to the cathedral cities of Winchester and Salisbury, Christchurch Harbour and the coast, including Poole and Bournemouth which have superb beaches. Other attractions include Marwell Zoo, the Heavy Horse Centre, Beaulieu Motor Museum, New Forest Otter and Owl Park, the World Heritage Site of Stonehenge, Maritime Transport Southampton and a variety of other tourist attractions all within easy driving distance to suit everyone within your group.
