The property is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Guests are invited to enjoy the grounds, which extend for some 2 acres, including woodland. Hastings is just a few miles away with walks along the 1066 routes.
There are theatres, sports/golf facilities, walking, cycling, shooting, and horse riding all within proximity. For antique lovers, George Street in Hastings has old books and bric-a-brac, and many exhibitions and museums nearby. We were privileged to spend a month in this wonderful, tranquil home. The incredible warmth of the hosts, the breathtaking night skies, and the beautiful garden oasis made this an unforgettable experience

I stayed here for a week with my three kids. The place had everything you need. Was very clean and everything as in the photos. The garden was the highlight. Three beautiful ponds some with beautiful koi carp. My kids spend hours watching them. The view from the balcony was epic in the morning with sun coming out with sea as the backdrop. The host was very responsive. When the boiler went off line they came and restored it the same day. There was a £35 additional cost for heating. And she did provide me with the invoice for this. The cost was mentioned in the description section. But I probably would have liked to see this already added in the final amount to pay. It helps with comparison with other accommodation. Nevertheles I still felt the accommodation is still worth the total amount I paid, thanks for accommodating us. I recommended the place to two other friends. At least one of them will make a booking in the summer.
