The Annexxe turned out to be a big surprise, with everything you could possibly need. The photos did not do it justice and it was bigger than expected. The place was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the sitting room had luxurious furniture and easily accommodated 5 people. We have never been to Peasehaven before and we were pleasantly surprised and the location was ideal, with the hill top one was and the shops / restaurants the other. We really enjoyed our time and would wholeheartedly recommend the Annexxe to people.

We had a wonderful week at the annex - myself my husband and 2 dogs. The property was brilliant clean and tidy with every facility you would possibly want and a credit to the owner. The bed and soft furnishings were very comfortable. We never did get to master the coffee machine - but it looked impressive.Beautiful walks along the cliff tops - a Sainsbury’s 5 mins walk for all the essentials. We also used the bus service which ran every 10 mins between Brighton and Eastbourne which was brilliant for us (living in an area with little public transport). It ment we did not take the car but caught the bus with our two dogs. In all a brilliant holiday in an area we don't really know but it certainly has a lot to offer. We left with a smiling face - thank you.Ann and Peter
