Mount House Barn was a beautiful cozy home, the owners have thought of everything, the softest bath towels, and a welcome bottle of wine and a yummy Victoria sponge. The log burner was very warming as it was cold when I visited. The view was amazing, sadly I didn’t get to enjoy the walks, but next time. Parking was easy and a 2 minute walk to a lovely pub with nice food. Highly recommended

We had a lovely stay, lucky with the weather so had the bonus of sitting in the garden and enjoying the views. Welcome wine, cake and delicious Mount Barn apple juice was delicious. The area is so central for all the coastal towns, Eastbourne, St Leonard’s and Rye. We enjoyed the local pub (Rose & Crown) which was dog friendly and enjoyed Sunday dinner and Thursday steak night. The sofa was comfy. The bed was a little to soft for me, but everything else we loved.

We had a wonderful stay in this barn! The apartment was well equipped and the little village of Burwash is beautiful. The only slight downside was that the apartment wasn't particularly bright. The host was very welcoming and helpful, which made our stay very enjoyable.
