Great well equipped comfortable house. Bedrooms spacious enough and good having bunk room connecting to a bedroom for small grandchildren. Lovely rural views with wonderful hot tub outside (extra towels provided) that Bill checked mid week. No secure grass area if you had a dog with you, but great walks direct from the house.Location great with lots to do within a reasonable drive and Winchelsea beach was great for the whole family at low tide.Bill was easily contactable if needed, like when there was a power cut!Would recommend.

The place is amazing. But my wife and daughters found the mattresses uncomfortable and my wife was unable to sleep on them.

This was our second stay here and we can’t recommend it enough. We love the beautiful views with the amazing sunsets. A fabulous house with everything you could want including a well equipped kitchen and a lovely welcome basket. Great local places to visit including Rye and a short walk to Winchester for a lovely meal at The New Inn. We hope to come again in a couple of years time.
