Hill Head Beach, just a short stroll from Baytree Cottage, is ideal for water sports enthusiasts, offering great conditions for sailing, windsurfing, and kitesurfing. History buffs may find it fascinating that Hill Head was a pivotal loading zone during the wwii D-Day invasion. Baytree Cottage was out getaway home for 3 nights in November 2025.It's located literally a minute's walk from the beach and seafront.Local shops are within easy reach.2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (including a bath), a secure garden space to the rear and everything that we needed was provided.The only drawback is the parking - there is off street parking for q small car, but otherwise you have to park up the road or in the car park by the sea.Other than this, we were not disappointed and would highly recommend Baytree Cottage.

Wonderful accommodation right by the sea front near Lee-on-the-Sea which made an ideal base for our weekend stay. Two comfortable bedrooms and a great walk in shower on the ground floor. The house was well furnished and we were able to relax in the nice kitchen area. Too cold to sit out but the garden looks like it could be a real winner on summer days! Undertaking the Lee-0n-the-Solent Parkrun and only a 2k jog to the start line. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed Baytree Cottage and would recommend.
