We have been holidaying at Steps from the shore for several years now. The property overlooks the beach as advertised with excellent views across to Isle of Wight & shipping movements to & from Southampton & Portsmouth providing ongoing interest. The property is well laid out with comfortable furnishings & is comprehensively equipped. An ideal base for both those looking for a relaxing break, or trips out with plenty to see in surrounding locations, e.g. Portsmouth, Isle of Wight & along Hampshire / Sussex coast. There's also a good range of local pubs, restaurants & takeaways on Hayling for those not wishing to cook.

Another relaxing stay at Steps from the shore. Great location and amazing view of the sea. Easy access on the ground floor, walk in shower, very secure, comfy beds, clean linen, everything you need for cooking. I would highly recommend.
