As such, you’ll have scenic walking routes beginning right from the doorstep. Families will love the easy access to local attractions such as Paultons Park amusement park (11 miles) and Marwell Zoo (24 miles). Are there history lovers among you? Don’t miss a trip to Salisbury Cathedral (9 miles), where you can see Britain’s tallest spire, explore Britain’s largest Cathedral Close and Cloisters, see the world’s oldest mechanical clock and the best-preserved original 1215 Magna Carta. You can also go horse riding for an equestrian discovery of the area’s scenic trails.
On arrival, a few gentle steps lead you up to the cottage, where a warm and welcoming atmosphere sets the tone. The open-plan living area combines rustic charm and modern comfort, with exposed beams, comfortable seating for four and a Smart TV – excellent for relaxed evenings.
