A shared driveway leads through the farmyard to the private gated entrance into this detached lodge-style property, which is adjacent to the owners’ stable yard. A gravel path and slope lead to the door. Once inside you are met with a welcoming open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The kitchen area is immediately to your right and is equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, washing machine/dryer and dishwasher. There is space to dine just opposite and a comfortable lounge area with Smart TV. The two bedrooms lead off the hallway a comfortable king-size and a cosy twin room (with 2ft 6” beds) . A shared bathroom with shower and WC completes the lodge.
Heading outside, a decked area wraps around the property on two sides, with patio furniture and a BBQ for those warm evening meals in the outdoors. To the front of the property there is a four-person hot tub, a fire pit and a grassed with seating. With views over the surrounding fields, stables and a small stream running nearby, the outdoors is as pleasant as indoors. The ample gravelled driveway offers plenty of room for parking and the wide pair of gates help to secure the property and provide you with a private garden space to enjoy.
