Abberley Lodge has been refurbished in 2021 to provide you with the relaxing holiday you deserve. There is an open plan kitchen, living and dining room, along with a kitchen which is well equipped for you to cook a delicious meal to share either inside, or out in your secluded garden. The owner provides a welcome pack with a selection of teas and coffee and a few nibbles for you to sit down and relax upon arriving at your holiday home. There is a comfortable bedroom and a bathroom with a shower cubicle. Outside you have a large lawned area to enjoy and outdoor furniture to dine outside or enjoy a glass of wine.

The property is located within the owner’s grounds. There is a high fence surrounding Abberley Lodge to ensure you have privacy throughout your stay, and the owners are happy to help with any questions you may have during your stay, but will leave you in peace to enjoy your holiday. The property is suitable to bring your dog, the garden is enclosed, and the owners provide everything your dog needs to ensure your furry friend also has a wonderful stay. There is a private parking space just outside the property and the owners also provide a highchair and travel cot if you are travelling with a baby.

The New Forest is at your doorstep. There are often ponies, donkeys or cattle grazing outside the front gate and if you take a stroll around the village you will be sure to see even more grazing animals. There are many fantastic days out nearby. including Moors Valley where you can walk or cycle around. and if you are brave enough. climb up into the treetops. Bashley Lakes are an easy drive with a variety of bird life and beautiful walks. For the more adventurous. The New Forest Waterpark is nearby with a choice of water sports and an inflatable obstacle course.

Other nearby activities include Liberty’s Owl and Reptile Centre, Bolderwood Deer Sanctuary and the Dorset Heavy Horse Farm. You can reach the beaches of Bournemouth within a half hour drive, for its sandy blue flag beaches, high street shops, Oceanarium, cinema and theatre. Heading in the other direction you can visit Salisbury with its outstanding cathedral. Whichever way you venture from Abberley Lodge you are sure to find an enjoyable day out and incredible scenery, there is no better place to stay for your holiday!
