The oversized master bedroom features a king-sized four-poster bed, while the second bedroom includes two single beds, making it ideal for couples, friends, or families. The shower room is fitted with a WC, hand basin, heated towel rail, and insulated walls for added comfort. An inviting wood burner sits at the heart of the open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining area, creating a warm and cosy atmosphere, with a fully equipped kitchen and dining table for relaxed meals together. Outside, the unit includes generous undercover areas at both the front and rear, extending the overall size to 15m by 5.4m, along with a wood-fired hot tub for ultimate relaxation. Guests also have access to a bike store suitable for up to two bikes. Please note there is no TV, allowing you to truly unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. No Pets.

Guests can enjoy scenic walks directly from the site, explore local pubs, restaurants, and boutique shops in the Georgian market town of Alresford, or take a stroll to the nearby heritage steam railway.
Hampshire Hills offers a delightful mix of glamping accommodation, including safari tents and shepherd’s huts, providing a unique and comfortable countryside stay. The site is also home to an incredible array of wildlife. Keep an eye out for Red Kites soaring overhead, friendly pheasants, deer, hares, and even glowworms at night. From rabbits and squirrels to lavender guinea fowl and grazing sheep, nature is never far away, making it a true countryside escape.. Our site's WiFi is 'powered' by ThreeMobile and generally the WiFi reaches most areas of our site however, overall, the Wifi is not the best on our site due to its' hilltop & rural location.

* We ask that guests please leave the accommodation as they found it on arrival.

* We provide a first night’s allowance of wood for the wood burner(s).

* No visitors are permitted to enter our gated park - access is only permitted for guests who have booked & paid to stay.

* Quiet hours: We all need some quiet time to rest and so we have a NO noise policy from 10pm to 7am.

* Outside of these ‘Quiet hours’ we ask that all guests refrain from playing loud music and be respectful of all other guests and our neighbours.

* All cars must be parked in the car park.
