Please note: There are steps in the garden.. Benrose is a lovely four bedroom semi-detached house located within the coastal town of Cowes. On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen/dining room which leads out through patio doors to a furnished patio area. There is also a separate comfortable living room where you can enjoy a relaxing evening with watching Netflix on the Smart TV. The first floor offers three bedrooms, a double, a single and a twin. There is also a shower room. There are open sided stairs to the second floor where there is a double bedroom with bathroom next door.

Located on a main road, Benrose is ideally just a 5-minute walk from the centre of Cowes where you will find an array of pubs, restaurants and independent shops. Cowes is a hive of activity in the summer months as it plays host to many sailing competitions including the Round the Island Race and of course the famous international Cowes Week. Take a stroll along the esplanade from Cowes to the neighbouring village of Gurnard where you will find a pretty village, a green with beach huts and shingle beach from which to watch cruise ships and sailing boats as well as the best sunsets.

Across the River Media is East Cowes, home to Osbourne House which was the holiday home of Queen Victoria. Enjoy the Italianate-style gardens and an ice cream on the beach with her bathing machine! Beach 1 mile. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
